Decor
Emporium/Victorian Fences,
in all the time we have been in business, has never had
anyone unhappy with our products or our service. We strive
to preserve this record by keeping our clients' interests
and needs number one.
We
keep our clients updated and informed from start
to finish on their transactions. We will notify you by
e-mail of how and when your order will be shipped so you
will be on the look out for your order. If there is any
problem with your order, we will contact you immediatly
Our
Products:
Each item is hand glazed. Depending upon the craftsman,
each finish patina may vary. If you are interested in
purchasing a pair of any item (such as garden urns), it
is recomended that you order the pair at one time to ensure
you have a good match on the finsh.
Payment
Methods:
We offer three methods of payment:
- Master
Card, Visa, American Express and Discover cards are
accepted on our secure web store ordering system. Online
orders are authorized at time you place your order,
and you will be issued an authorization number. Discover
Card is not accepted on phone orders.
Orders processed with credit cards are shipped within
4 working days.
- Money
Orders and Cashiers Checks. Orders are shipped within
5 working days of reciept of money order or cashiers
check.
- Personal
and Business checks (personalized only, no bank drafts).
Orders are shipped within 4 days after check has cleared
the bank. Please allow 10 days for checks to clear.
On
ALL orders, you will be notified via e-mail when and how
your order was shipped.
Shipping:
UPS: Most items we offer are shipped
via UPS. UPS charges are automatically added at the time
of order and are included in the price of the item. We
manually adjust shipping to give you the best shipping
price. We will notify you via e-mail of these changes
and will credit your card with any differences in your
favor.
Freight: Items that cannot be shipped
UPS due to size or weight, will be shipped motor freight.
The freight charges will be included on your invoice.
A
note on freight:
The charges for motor freight may be defrayed if you order
more that one unit of an item. For instance, on some items,
shipping 1 unit or 4 units will cost the same amount of
freight. (See the "Notes" section in the product description
listings).
Refund
Policy:
Should you find that you are dissatisfied with your purchase,
we will gladly refund 100% of the cost of the product.
Shipping and handling charges to and from destination
are non-refundable.

Lamp posts & Sconces: A 20% re-stocking fee + freight
charges both ways if returned. Damage claims must be documented
on bill of lading at time of receipt and filed with carrier.
*
Corporate & wholesale customers: Orders over a quantity
of 3, of the same item, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
*
Custom ordered iron gates and fencing are not a returnable
item. Sales of these products are final.
Cancellations:
If you change your mind after ordering an item, you
must cancel your order within 24 hours of making
your purchase.
Returning
Merchandise:
If you need to return merchandise, you must
notify us before return. You may notify us
by one of the following methods:
Include
the following information:
- Your
name, address and phone number where you maybe contacted
- List
of merchandise to be returned
- Reason
for return
- Indicate
whether you want a replacement or refund.
Shipping
charges on return items must be prepaid. Shipping is not
refundable.
